This website has been developed by Med-Clinical internal team.

The legal responsible of Med-Clinical is Michel FAVRE, and the responsible for the content of publication of the web site are Mikaela DIMITRIU and Typhaine FAVRE as co-founders.

Med-Clinical is a Joint Stock Company with a capital of 100 000 euros and registered with the Paris RCS under number  B913 029 294.

At Med-Clinical, we are strongly committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we proceed with your personal information and your rights.

"Personal Information" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

You can navigate in our website without giving us any personal information about yourself, however, in the "contact us" form Med-Clinical collects your name, email address as personal information.

Med-Clinical processes it in compliance with the legal obligations related (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 "Informatique et Liberté" relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

Med-Clinical commits to keep the data for 3 years and ensures the protection and safeguard by appropriate software and procedures. Your data completed in the "contact us" and in the newsletter form is processed only by Med-Clinical team.
